I just implemented @anywhere’s hover cards on this blog to give a try. It took me two minutes, really. I wish (and so do you) Facebook offered such a simple implementation.
It basically reads the text on your webpage and when it finds a twitter-name-shaped word like, say, @denegro, it displays a twitter info card on top upon mouse rollover. No need for space in between twitter names and punctuation marks, and no need for links either… if you don’t care about accessibility or graceful degradation.

Currently trying to bootstrap Toldo, in previous episodes I worked as an interaction designer at Designit, the company of dreams, in downtown Madrid, Spain.
